Processing Time All Second Bloom Studio jewelry pieces are carefully inspected and packaged with care. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We currently ship within the United States using USPS:
- Standard Shipping (USPS First Class/Priority Mail): 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): 1-2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Packaging In keeping with our commitment to sustainability, we use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible. Each piece is carefully wrapped to ensure it arrives safely.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at anita@second-bloom-studio.org within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
